Performed stress analysis for the instrument panel upgrade for the Cessna CJ4 Gen 3 light jet. This included conducting classical hand analysis for 5 critical gust and crash load cases, building a midsurface finite element model of the instrument panel using FEMAP/NASTRAN, and reporting my findings in FAA certification documentation.
